- 50-69 years: 3,174 deaths or 65 per 100,00;
- 70-79 years: 2,888 deaths or 272 per 100,000;
- 80 years+: 4,130 deaths or 1,086 per 100,000.
David Stockman is the ultimate Washington insider turned iconoclast. After leaving the White House, Stockman had a 20-year career on Wall Street.
