Prince Kuhio Day 2026

Prince Kuhio

Another no-holiday holiday, and another atrial fibrillation event (AFib) … actually two events. The first occurred at 1pm during the cardio workout at the gym. The duration was 15 minutes. The second AFib event occurred upon return to the mausoleum in the “old folks home” in Waikiki at 2:50pm. The duration was 20 minutes. Peak heart rates were 135bpm and 95bpm, respectively. Of course, quality of sleep the night prior was poor.

A small rattan ottoman was spotted next to the community table in the lobby of the “old folks home.” The ottoman was retrieved and transported to the mausoleum, which may have triggered the second atrial fibrillation event. The ottoman was cleaned up as best as possible and will be added to the fine mendicant decor of the mausoleum. Baha! Ha! Ha! Haaa!

The paper tax forms for the State of Hawai’i and empire were completed on Sunday and subsequently mailed on Monday. No taxes were due. However, a refund of $176 is expected from the State.

The reduced senior citizen workout at the gym is now a permanent fixture. Any desire to return to the previous regimen has been mummified. The reluctant acceptance of geriatrics has come to fruition.

The no-holiday holiday came as a surprise actually. The absence of certain bus routes was the clue. Had knowledge of the no-holiday holiday been evident yesterday, then the Notes post of yesterday would have been consolidated. Oh well.

10 Ik’ 0 Wayeb’

The weather in the islands remained cold and rainy all last week with the exception of Wednesday when the excursion was made to Kahala Mall. The rainy days continued until Tuesday this week. Is the Spring season finally here?

The MacBook Neo required several days of tinkering to explore all of the MacOS features and to personalize the device. In a way, the simplicity of the iPad Pro M4 is somewhat missed. Incidentally, many “app” developers no longer list their products in the App Store, so their “apps” must be sideloaded. Updates are obviously not automatic either. In any case, a real computer is a welcome relief.

On Tuesday, a lot of time was devoted to perform the OS updates for the iPhone 16 Pro, Watch Series 9, and AirPods Pro 2 devices. The free wireless networks at Ala Moana Center (yes, it’s up and running again) and the gym in town were exploited, although the ordeal was excruciatingly slow.

Upon return to Waikiki from town that afternoon, a brief excursion was made to find a free wireless hotspot to update MacOS on the MacBook Neo. The International Marketplace apparently mummified its free wireless network. So, the excursion was extended to the fast food joint about one block away. An overpriced Mocha Frappuccino was purchased in order to sit in the dining area. The iPhone was able to connect effortlessly, but the MacBook could not complete the authentication. What a joke!

Well, fortunately, the MacBook is able to use the hotspot feature on the iPhone (unlike the iPad). The OS download required nearly three hours because of the limited download speed and size of the file. The installation itself was quick, though. The MacBook Neo will most likely never leave the mausoleum in the "old folks home" ever again, although it does fit just fine in the small Under Armor® backpack.

The Beats® Studio Pro headphones have been put back into its storage case and boxed. There has been no desire to listen to music since the War on Iran commenced. The AirPods Pro 2 earbuds have not been deployed for months.

The disgusting boil below the right shoulder blade apparently began leaking sometime during the wee hours of Wednesday morning. Blood and fluid saturated the bottom sheet and mattress pad on the Intex® airbed. Thus, the return to Waikiki from town in the afternoon was expedited to accommodate laundry chores. The bi-weekly laundry chores were just completed four days prior, so there was some level of frustration.

Loitering in the afternoon at the International Marketplace is no longer on the agenda. There’s really nothing to do there except to shop at Target®. Some other pastime is required, but what? Any activity that is costly is out of the question. The foolish War on Iran will eventually affect everything. Currently, a lot of “hand waving” is being deployed to prop up the markets. When the efficacy of those shenanigans collapses, the “shit will hit the fan.”

MacBook Neo

The MacBook Neo is here! With nothing else to do, a trip was made to Kahala Mall to purchase the device at the Apple® Store. The process was an hour-long ordeal because the transaction could not be processed, with some kind of odd technicality involving the $620 gift card. Fortunately, the manager devised a workaround and the transaction was completed. Out-of-pocket cost was $7 and some change. The Kahala Mall location had the indigo colorway, the only one in stock on the island. There was also only one in the silver colorway. The Ala Moana Center location had nothing available at all.

The MacBook Neo (made in Vietnam) is quite nice with excellent build quality. And, its performance is quite amazing. The “apps” are definitely more full-featured than the same ones on the iPhone and iPad. Of course, updating MacOS is going to be a problem without true home Net access. Nonetheless, the computer nerd days are back again!

Miscellany: Another atrial fibrillation event occurred at 3:20pm on Tuesday in the mausoleum in the “old folks home” in Waikiki. There was no identifiable trigger, although quality of sleep the night prior was poor. Oddly, the event did not occur earlier while at the gym. The duration of the event was one hour, ceasing during the trek to the International Marketplace. Peak heart rate was 108bpm.

Ides of March 2026

Beware the Ides of March!

On Friday, a major storm arrived with moderate rain and gusty winds. The storm caused power outages in Waikiki on Saturday. The electricity was off for most of the day and evening at the “old folks home” in Waikiki. With no backup generator, the elevator was in operative, which required walking up and down the stairs several times. Heating up frozen dinners in the Cuisinart® microwave oven was not possible. The various stores were closed as well. So, the emergency package of beef jerky sufficed as dinner, along with a couple of Thomas’® bagels and an handful unsalted peanuts.

Electricity was restored for all of the tourist areas in Waikiki by 7:30pm. The two-block area where the “old folks home” is located was the last in priority with electricity restored sometime after 8pm. Every year, same ol’ shit. The entire electrical infrastructure on the island is “third-world” at best. Anyway, the weather cleared up by 4pm. However, more rain is forecasted for this week.

There has been some personal interest in the new MacBook Neo. It is a $600 budget computer using an A18 Pro SOC, the same one in the beloved iPhone 16 Pro (minus on GPU core). The device could be procured using the $620 Apple® gift card (from the trade-in of the iPad Pro M4). The gift card was slated to be used in purchasing the iPhone 18 Pro in December. However, the iPhone 16 Pro may be kept for another year.

Why purchase an obviously outdated and underpowered MacBook Neo? Why not spend $400 more and get the MacBook Air M5? Well, the lesson learned from the brief ownership of the iPad Pro M4 is that the top-of-line models are nice if they are fully exploited. Heck, the iPhone 16 Pro is overkill for personal tasks and associated “apps.” In any case, there’s no hurry since it is not a “must have” toy. Sheesh!

Obviously, there are more pressing concerns such as the ramifications of the War on Iran waged by “Orange Bad Man” and his (possibly deceased) sidekick, “Bibi” Mileikowsky. The Strait of Hormuz remains essentially closed, the effects of which will not be felt until a month from now. “Orange” has really “fucked up,” but he and his fellow “Epstein class” faggots won’t be the ones suffering. Beware the Ides of March!

Addendum: The prescribed dosage of Doxepin HCL has been followed for a few days now. So far, the results are inconclusive. Doxepin does not seem to increase sleepiness. No anti-depressant symptoms or side effects have been observed. Quality of sleep may have improved, but whether Doxepin was responsible is undetermined.

Psycho 2026

“Orange” Unglued

The psychopathic “Orange Bad Man” continues to spew vitriol and bullshit on his shitty Truth Social platform. Who is even using that POS? It’s even worse than X (formerly known as Shitter). A commenter on one of the various approved sites stated that “Orange” has “become unglued, like a cheap shoe.” Baha! Ha! Ha! Haaa!

Well, “Orange” is probably “shitting in his pants” because apparently no one has seen “Bibi” Mileikowsky in over a week. Some presume that he is now deceased. Reports also indicate that Mileikowsky‘s sidekick, Ben Gvir, is also deceased. Gvir allegedly “met his maker” after an alleged car accident, although his house was apparently ablaze after a drone strike. As Scott Ritter commented, “ Maybe he drove his car into his house.”

The cost of the “Orange Great War on Civilization” is running over a billion dollars per day, not including the cost of destroyed hardware, military installations, equipment, and aircraft. Then, there’s the Epstein files:

“Skeletons in the Closet”

The Epstein files are not going away. The time for “Orange” to come clean is now! “THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER!”

Addendum: Be sure to download and read the entire essential Fascist library! The whole Fascist plan is right there in the open. One new document added.

Unexciting Stories - 6

Unexciting stories … sporadic news and commentary of no interest to anyone. Mundanity is always the primary focus. Let the unexcitement begin …

On Saturday last week, another atrial fibrillation (AFib) event occurred at 1pm right after showering at the gym. What triggered it? Poor quality of sleep seems to be the answer for all cases. Peak heart rate was 144bpm. The duration was 4.5 hours, continuing throughout the return trip on the bus to the “old folks home” in Waikiki, the laundry chores, and the brief daily outing to the Target® in the International Marketplace. Upon return to the mausoleum, an emergency bottle of BodyArmor® Lyte was consumed while remaining stationary as possible (i.e., sitting in the beloved chair) . Once again, the AFib event ended within 30 minutes.

Would sitting with little movement itself be a remedy? Well, the duration of the bus ride back to Waikiki was 35 minutes. Sitting on the bus for that length of time did not abate the symptoms. Even more puzzling is that the AFib events only occur between 11am and 4pm. At first, the gym workouts were suspect. Physical stress could be the instantaneous trigger. However, taking a shower is not a strenuous activity.

On Monday, two AFib events occurred. Quality of sleep the night previous was somewhat poor because of what appears to be the onslaught of another bout with “COVID” … errr, the common cold. The first AFib event occurred at 10:20am at the bus stop in Ala Moana Center. Upon arrival in town, the bottle of Ultima Replenisher® was consumed while in a quasi-stationary state . Only a slight reduction in peak heart rate (134bpm) was realized. The entire gym workout was suspended. After some deliberation, a bottle of regular BodyArmor® sport drink was purchased at 7-Eleven® for $3.20 (a real ripoff). The sport drink was consumed while sitting in the chair in the front lobby of the gym. Within 30 minutes, the AFib event ceased. The duration of the first event was about two hours.

A leisurely “cardio” workout was in order, with a subsequent hot shower, and the return to Waikiki. At around 3:30pm in the mausoleum in the “old folks home,” the second AFib event commenced. All daily chores and the afternoon outing to Target® in the International Marketplace were accomplished before consuming one of the emergency bottles of BodyArmor® Lyte while sitting in the beloved chair. The elixir had no effect. Peak heart rate was 161bpm.

Dinner was consumed and all nightly tasks were finished before the decision was made to lie on the Intex® airbed at 9pm. Within a few seconds of laying still, heart rate returned to normal sinus rhythm. The duration of the second event was 5.5 hours.

Laying on the airbed for about 20 minutes apparently allowed for a “second wind” to transpire. Initiating and maintaining sleep was difficult. So, at 2am, the decision was made to finally deploy the Doxepin HCL treatment. The efficacy of Doxepin is yet to be determined.

The appointment for the stress management session on Wednesday was cancelled. The copayment is allegedly $25 per session. However, the copayment for the visit to the Makahiki Clinic was supposed to be $35, not the $40 that was charged. So, there is sufficient reason to believe that the stress management sessions would also be charged at a higher rate. The whole HMO scheme is a farce. The new “medical model” is a farce. How about AI medical care? Yeah, that’s the ticket.

Addendum: The hemorrhoid problem miraculously cured itself over a month ago. Knee effusion has reduced since curbing the use of the elliptical (cardio) machine at the gym. Another wretched and painful boil has appeared below the right shoulder blade.

Postscript: The War on Iran debacle as summarized by Senator Chris Murphy:

I was in a 2 hour briefing today on the Iran War. All the briefings are closed, because Trump can’t defend this war in public.

I obviously can’t disclose classified info, but you deserve to know how incoherent and incomplete these war plans are. Here’s what I can share:

Maybe the lead is that the war goals DO NOT involve destroying Iran’s nuclear weapons program. This is, uh…surprising…since Trump says over and over this is a key goal.

But then of course we already know air strikes can’t wipe out their nuclear material.

Second, they confirmed “regime change” is also NOT on the list. So, they are going to spend hundreds of billions of your taxpayer dollars, get a whole bunch of Americans killed, and a hardline regime – probably a MORE anti-American hardline regime – will still be in charge.

Ok, so what ARE the goals? It seems, primarily, destroying lots of missiles and boats and drone factories. But the question that stumped them: what happens when you stop bombing and they restart production?

They hinted at more bombing. Which is, of course, endless war.

And on the Strait of Hormuz, they had NO PLAN. I can’t go into more detail about how Iran gums up the Strait, but suffice it say, right now, they don’t know how to get it safely back open.

Which is unforgiveable, because this part of the disaster was 100% foreseeable.

No plan? FUBAR? Who knew?

3 Ik’ 0 Kumk’u

The IRGC (Iranian Guard Corps) deployed the dreaded Khorramshahr-4 (aka Khayber) for the first time during the now-regional conflagration sparked by empire and the Zionists. Lots of propaganda is being disseminated by the latter and former. However, the war crimes being committed against the civilian population and infrastructure of Iran cannot be denied. Even the corrupt “Western” mainstream media has revealed that the “double-tap” bombing which leveled the Iranian school in Minab and murdered over 160 young schoolgirls was specifically targeted by empire.

Since that first day, which included the assassination of Ayatollah Khamenei, the war strategy of empire and the Zionists has been … just wing it! For his ill-fated Operation Epstein’s Fury, “Orange Bad Man” has witnessed the total destruction of all of the military bases of empire in the region. Billions of fiat dollars have been sacrificed for this war blunder that has basically been recklessly designed by “Bibi” Mileikowsky. In addition, the Strait of Hormuz has been blocked (except for Russian and Chinese flagged ships), the economic effects which will be felt globally in a few weeks.

The corrupt Gulf monarchies are also in a state of disarray. The protection racket provided by empire proved to be a ruse. Will those “governments” fall? If not, they certainly will reconsider the prospect of hosting military bases of empire. They may even consider aligning with the Russian Federation.

The “Western” media has been entirely focused on the destruction in Iran, playing the same video clips endlessly, in order to justify the indiscriminate bombing by the war criminals and to promote the idea that the latter are “winning.” An empire military memorandum to the “cannon fodder” claimed that “Orange” was anointed by “God” and that the mission was some kind of “holy war.” There’s no limit to the depravity and perfidy of these clowns.

Stupid and Evil War Criminals
Now, there’s talk of a ground invasion using the Kurds as “cannon fodder” before troops of empire (also “cannon fodder”) enter the fray. Obviously, there is no plan, so the ground invasion will be ill-fated.

Iran has also incorporated what is calls “Mosaic Defense,” a decentralized strategy that allows its war machine to continue after a “decapitation” strike, a kind “dead man’s hand.” Thus, there is no main command and control, per se.

On a side note, another atrial fibrillation (AFib) event occurred at 1:05pm at the gym during the non-strenuous cardio workout (on the elliptical machine) at the gym. Peak heart rate was 142bpm. The event continued through the return to Waikiki and the brief afternoon outing to the International Marketplace for daily food shopping at Target®. Upon the final return to the mausoleum in the “old folks home, one of the emergency bottles of BodyArmor® Lyte sport drink was consumed while remaining somewhat stationary. The AFib event ended about 40 minutes later at 5:25pm with a duration of 4.3 hours.

Addendum: Breakfast, as of Monday, is now consumed in the mausoleum because of more public transit nonsense. A 45-minute stopover at Ala Moana Center in the morning is still on the itinerary.

Postscript: The military planners in Iran have inevitably planned for the “Samson Option” as implemented by the Zionists and empire. In other words, the use of any thermonuclear weapons against Iran will result in the destruction of the entire Levant in retaliation. In other words, the “Mosaic Defense” is prepared to respond simultaneously.
