Operation Epstein’s Fury

“Orange Bad Man” ordered an illegal first-strike military operation against the Islamic Republic of Iran yesterday in support of his Zionist puppet master. In addition, the regime change operation included “decapitation” strikes which assaninated Ayatollah Khamenei amongst others in the chain-of-command. He is clearly a war criminal of the lowest caliber.

Iran commenced its retaliatory strikes (Operation True Promise 4) within 90 minutes of the initial bombings. The waves of strikes have continued non-stop since then, with targeting solutions set for all empire bases in the region and the occupied Palestinian lands.

Sleep quality last night was poor because of the conflagration incited by the psychopathic “Orange.” The gym workout was reduced proportionately. The point here being that residing in empire is now a shameful experience. Empire is a rogue nation-state with the crass “Orange” at the helm. He is the quintessential “ugly American” caricature. Aside from being completely “bought” by the Zionists and associated oligarchs, whether the Epstein files figure into the equation or not, the buffoon is completely corrupt. Heck, the entire edifice of the government is rotted out.

Otherwise, there are no analyses provided in Notes. The approved Web sites have been covering the tragic event in great detail. Many commentators are incorporating a variety of social media sources to provide up-to-date and uncensored coverage. The only advice is to avoid the so-called “mainstream” media. PressTV Iran is on-line, by the way

As chronicled in Notes during the “super-duper corona” plan-demic, “Orange” is severely compromised. He was cynical about “COVID, that is, until he allegedly became ill with the supposed “disease.” He allegedly underwent treatment with Remdesivir, and upon “recovery,” he became “vaccine” zealot. Under his watch, he invoked the “lockdowns,” and subsequently mandated the mRNA bioweapon. Something suspicious occurred in the hospital, but certainly not an epiphany.

The current histrionics and bluster displayed by “Orange” on the podium and in his unhinged posts on his sleazy Truth Social platform indicate hidden coercion. His psychotic rants are scripts prepared by his puppet masters, and he is reciting the latter is under extreme duress. The Epstein files are not “conspiracy theory.” Jeffrey Epstein was tightly intertwined with the Zionist intelligence cartel. There is no doubt that photographs and videos exist of a completely compromised “Orange” engaged in perverse acts which, when revealed, would result in his impeachment and incarceration.

Postscript: There are rumors circulating that “Orange” has already approved the use of thermonuclear weapons, most likely tactical, on Iran sometime this week. The Zionists are poised to also deploy their nuclear arsenal in tandem.

Nihilistic Update 2026

On Sunday, another atrial fibrillation (AFib) event occurred at 3:50pm while “piddling around” in the mausoleum in the “old folks home” in Waikiki. The trigger remains a mystery, as the return from town was two hours earlier. Peak heart rate was 145bpm, and the duration was 4.25 hours. The emergency bottle of BodyArmour® Lyte was consumed at 4:10pm to no avail. Anyway, there was no possibility to remain stationary for an extended period of time, since the daily food shopping at Target must be done.

One observation worth noting is that a glance in the bathroom mirror during the ordeal revealed conspicuous “bags under the eyes.” The color of the “bags” was near black. Quality of sleep the night prior felt typical. However, the mirror doesn’t lie. So, the AFib trigger goes “full circle” to sleep issues again.

At this juncture, the only solution is to deploy any countermeasures to offset the various triggers of atrial fibrillation. Thus, the “new” senior citizen gym workout is a permanent change. Replenishing electrolytes during the workout is also a permanent step. Well, the “new” workout isn’t extremely strenuous, but it’s still challenging to a lesser degree.

The cardio workout at the gym is always in flux these days. A transition back to the elliptical machine is in progress, mainly because of the limited number of stationary and recumbent bicycles (two and four, respectively). Of course, the cardio workout now follows the new senior citizen guidelines. Baha! Ha! Ha! Haaa!

Fellow senior citizen gym member, Ken, has been conspicuously absent since Wednesday of last week. He has apparently undergone hip replacement surgery. What is astonishing is that he was very excited about the surgery. Ken was originally scheduled for sometime in the Summer, but a patient cancellation provided an early opening for him. How could anyone be excited about such a drastic medical procedure? Personally, there is little in common with most senior citizens.

The weather in the islands continues to be inclement. The days have been sunny for the most part, but the ambient temperature is still fairly cold. Rain could make a surprise appearance at any moment. The gusty winds appear sporadically, which increases the chill factor.

The food inventory in the mausoleum is running low. The tourists have been buying up all of the food products at Target®, especially ones on sale. The Waikiki Market is closed for renovations, so the traffic in Target® has increased significantly. The current strategy is to purchase whatever is on sale in sufficient quantities.

Postscript: “Orange Bad Man” has executed a first-strike offensive, along with the Zionists, upon the Islamic Republic of Iran. The Iranian response is occurring at this posting.

Wing It Wednesday - 7

Wing It Wednesday (WIW)! Sporadic news and commentary of no particular interest to anyone ... WIW! More of the same ol’ shit is the primary focus of this edition.

As of Tuesday, the gym workouts (weights and cardio) were downgraded and modified … permanently. The issue has been the subject of on-going internal debate for several weeks as chronicled in Notes. However, a recent thought experiment effectively cut through the crap.

The thought experiment hypothesized the result of reducing the gym workouts to be the equivalent of age-peer senior citizens or mummifying all workouts with the subsequent effect on atrial fibrillation (AFib) events. Well, the latter events would essentially be reduced to zero. Poor quality of sleep, dehydration, and other stressors would no longer figure into the equation because none of them are strong independent triggers. Only when synergistically combined with strenuous gym workouts will an AFib event be likely triggered.

So, the upper limits of all weight workouts have been reduced by 10 to 15 pounds. To compensate, two or three more sets have been added. Further reductions are possible. In addition, biceps, triceps, and leg exercises will be performed daily. The cardio workouts will realize a reduction in resistance levels (effectively no longer cardiovascular in nature). Discretionary workouts have been mummified.

The physical body is now 71 years of age. It has commenced decline a few years earlier than expected. However, the thinking that the body could remain in the same shape and level of fitness until age 75 years was foolish. And, at age 80 years? Obviously not. As stated previously in Notes, all of the geriatric gym members only use light weights and perform very leisurely “cardio” workouts. The only two geriatric gym members, who were both 75 years of age and did moderate weight workouts, have mysteriously disappeared about a couple of months ago.

The new reduced workout regimen will also require monitoring of food intake. A less strenuous workout means less calories burned. Thus, weight gain is a concern since the latter will be fat accumulation. Hydration will still be addressed primarily with Ultima Replenisher® during the weight workouts. Two bottles of BodyArmor® Lyte are stocked in the mausoleum in the “old folks home” in Waikiki to address any atrial fibrillation events.

The Watch Series 9 continues to be an invaluable tool to monitor health. The AFib History function has been somewhat insightful, although its estimation seems a bit low. Incidentally, there will always be funds available to replace the device when the time comes.

The morning cup of coffee continues to be missed primarily because of the lack of energy throughout the day. The eyes are also “glazed over” for most of the day, worsening in the evening. Coffee not only increased energy, it also made gym workouts much easier to tolerate. Rest between sets were minimal. Heavy weights and rigorous cardio sessions were met with ease and little pain. That’s why many of the guys who workout are drinking those so-called “energy” drinks.

Weather in the islands remain marginal. The ambient temperature is still fairly cool, and cold at night. Gusty winds prevail during the day. Thus, afternoon outings to the International Marketplace remain limited. The only solution is … just wing it!

At this time, the wait for the incursion into the Islamic Republic of Iran is coming to a climax. The unprovoked attack by empire could happen as early at this weekend. There’s no need to regurgitate myriad on-line analyses and commentary about the incursion or “Orange Bad Man.” Obviously, Notes aligns with Iran because it is on the right side of history.

Miscellany: The two OTC sleep aids (Diphenhydramine HCL and Doxylamine Succinate) was donated to the community table in the “old folks home” on Tuesday. The expensive prescription doxepin has not been deployed yet.

Unexciting Stories - 5

Unexciting stories … sporadic news and commentary of no interest to anyone. Mundanity is always the primary focus. Let the unexcitement begin …

On Monday, another atrial fibrillation (AFib) event occurred during the cardio workout at the gym. Cruising along at Level 9 on the stationary bicycle, the objective was to get the heart rate above 109bpm. Well, at 20 minutes into the session, the heart rate jumped to 143bpm. The cardio session continued at Level 8 for another 20 minutes.

Sleep the night prior was marginal. The cold front has reduced the ambient temperature significantly in the mausoleum in the “old folks home” in Waikiki. The discomfort resulted in multiple wakings. Thus, an AFib event was highly likely.

The AFib event continued for exactly four hours until 4:40pm. A brief early afternoon outing was made to Target® in the International Marketplace to purchase fruit for the next day. Loitering at the mall was not on the agenda for obvious reasons.

Later in the afternoon, the Mainstays® quartz heater was unboxed again. The discomfort afforded by the cold tomb is not worth the hassle of being charged by the “old folks home” management for excessive electricity usage.

On Wednesday, another AFib event occurred at 11:20am during the weight workout at the gym. Sleep the night prior was marginal, again because of the cold ambient temperature in the tomb. The duration was 6.5 hours with a peak heart rate of 145bpm.

On Friday, a chance encounter with pops’ second wife occurred upon alighting the bus in town in the morning. She was waiting for another bus. She said that she was not doing too well, but did not elaborate further. Of course, there was some personal relief.

Another AFib event occurred at 11:20am during the weight workout at the gym. The cardio workout was completed with reduced intensity. Sleep the night prior was long in duration but low in quality. Peak heart rate was 160 bpm, and the duration was 6 hours (ending at 5:19pm).

On Wednesday and Friday during the afternoon outing to Target in the International Marketplace, a bottle of BodyArmor® Lyte sport drink was purchased on both days. Within 30 minutes of consuming the elixir while sitting in the beloved chair in the tomb, the AFib events ceased. The same observation was made on previous occasions and reported in Notes. Coincidence?

On Monday, a bottle of regular BodyArmor® sport drink was purchased at 7-Eleven® during the lunch break at the gym. The elixir was consumed while standing outside the gym. The AFib event did not cease, but peak heart rate was significantly lower. Subsequently, the cardio workout commenced and the AFib event ramped up. However, the entire event was much shorter than usual.

Incidentally, on the day of the appointment with the cardiologist (January 26th), an AFib event was chronicled in Notes as occurring just before the 3:30pm appointment. The duration of the event was two hours. In checking the purchase history at Target®, a bottle of BodyArmor® Lyte was procured on that day upon return to Waikiki from the appointment. The sport drink was consumed once back in the mausoleum.

If the efficacy of the BodyArmor® sport drink is indeed true, the inference is that electrolyte imbalance (with dehydration) is another major trigger after poor quality of sleep. Then again, electrolyte imbalance could be the cause of poor quality of sleep. The efficacy of the sport drink also requires being stationary at the time of consumption (i.e., sitting in the beloved chair).

So, for the next few days, another experiment will be conducted. BodyArmor® Lyte sport drinks will be procured and consumed just before commencing the daily gym workouts. A box of Ultima Replenisher® electrolyte drink mix was purchased at Target® ($16 not on sale). There are 14 “sticks” to make electrolyte drinks, which will be consumed in the evenings. The goal is to ascertain whether electrolyte imbalance is the cause of atrial fibrillation events and poor quality of sleep.

On a side note, AFib can reduce lifespan by two years, depending on the severity of the latter. Obviously, there is no cure, only medication or medical procedures are prescribed to “manage” the symptoms. And, of course, care must be taken to not provoke the various triggers.

Miscellany: Loitering at the International Marketplace has been limited, mostly because the exposure to idiotic tourists is barely tolerable. The majority of tourists are currently from Asian lands. They are no better than their “Western” counterparts. Asians used to be a “class act.” Now, they are assholes just like the rest.

4 Kab’an 15 Pax

The return visit to the Ohua Clinic occurred on Tuesday. Trazodone has been scuttled and replaced with doxepin (yet another anti-depressant). The assigned physician, as stated last year, is a young hottie who is actually a nurse practitioner. She means well, but firmly entrenched in the medical (read: medicinal) model of treatment. Well, at least blood pressure is stable. Low, but stable.

The prescription for Doxepin was retrieved at Longs® in Ala Moana Center on Thursday morning. Doxepin HCL, as forewarned by the attending physician, is not covered by Humana® Medicare Advantage. It is a full out-of-pocket expense. The cost? $40 for 30 tablets. The $40 in accumulated CVS® gift cards (Humana® Go365® rewards) was applied, so the net expense was essentially zero. There is enough Doxepin to last until the stress management session at the Ohua Clinic in March.

On Friday morning, an attempt was made to visit the office of the cardiologist in the Ala Moana Center Tower building. The office was closed for no apparent reason. Then, another stopover was made at Longs® to purchase two small bottles of CVS® low-dosage aspirin (with $2 off coupon).

Later in the afternoon, upon returning to the “old folks home” in Waikiki, a call was made to the office of the cardiologist. The appointments for the radiation stress test, echocardiogram, and final consultation were cancelled. The lame excuse was offered that no funds were available for the copayments because of the upcoming income tax liabilities. The appointments will be scheduled after the tax season. A billing statement request was made for the initial visit ($40 copayment).

The tax liabilities for empire and Hawai’i were actually calculated using the trusty spreadsheet about a week previous. Income from the investment account were reduced because of interest rate cuts by the central bank of empire. Thus, there were no tax liabilities. Hence, the aforementioned lame excuse.

The weather changed abruptly on Saturday. Another cold front arrived, bringing moderate rain and gusty winds. The favorite umbrella finally gave out, a very sad event. It served its owner well. Later in the day, an e-mail was received from Waikiki Health Center. The visit to the Makahiki Clinic back in November is being billed for a $40 copayment. Say what? Apparently, any visit (aside from the “Medicare Annual Wellness Visit” and the annual physical examination) is not fully covered by Humana®. So, the decision has been made to cancel the stress management session scheduled for next month.

Many moons ago, a vow was made to not become totally dependent on the so-called “medical system” and the latter’s propensity to treat senior citizens as “cash cows.” All kinds of medical procedures and medicinal interventions have been established and standardized for the geriatric demographic. Unacceptable.

On Sunday, the weather was unchanged, which made for a miserable day. However, the itinerary was unchanged. Upon return to the “old folks home” in Waikiki, the discovery was made that elevator was out of service. The door to the emergency stairwell was propped open. The walk up to the 8th floor was somewhat demanding. Perhaps the heart is really failing. Once in the mausoleum, the evidence for an earlier power outage was pervasive. Later, the same staircase was navigated to complete a brief afternoon outing to Target® in the International Marketplace. Well, all that to purchase fruit (apple and banana) for the next day. Sheesh!

Addendum: Pops’ second wife has been conspicuously absent from the gym, so an inquiry was made with one of the gym staff. She has apparently not checked in since last August, about the same time as the last personal interaction.

Miscellany: The “Epstein files” … clear evidence that wealth, power, and mortality don’t mix. Interested parties may want to view the findings of amateur sleuths on Reddit.
