Another interesting article about the vegetable oil controversy worthy of perusal is archived on the Medical Advisor site. Also of interest is a research document in the Nutients archive (PDF available). The latter document discusses the actual destructive processes of linoleic acid.
Given information gleaned from the two sources, the revised personal diet is now completely restricted to the following foods:

Supplements consist of psyllium, Ultima Replenisher®, BodyArmor® Lyte, and low-dosage aspirin (blood thinner). The Vitamin D3 supplement contains soybean oil, so it was mummified. The list supersedes the one appearing in the Notes post titled, “Clinic 2026 Update.”
Chicken (frozen meal ingredient) has been disapproved. Dry roasted peanuts and organic peanut butter are now very discretionary. Generic cheddar cheese will substitute for peanut products. Chicken and pork, by the way, have high concentrations of linoleic acid originating from their feed.
The daily intake of linoleic acid must be significantly reduced. About six years is required to purge traces of linoleic acids from the body. While it remains in bodily cell structures, it causes significant cellular damage and inflammation.
Incidentally, the generic multi-grain bread lists canola oil as an ingredient in the “2% or less” category. Thus, the bread is dry with a consistency of cardboard. However, it does not leave an oily “footprint” on a paper towel. Nonetheless, canola oil is present. So, the bread is unacceptable. LaTour Bakery bread is an alternative as it contains palm oil (which has a low quantity of linoleic acid). Overall, baked goods are fairly toxic with emulsifiers, dough conditioners, and preservatives.
The “baby boom” generation has been brought up with vegetable oils. So, the damage has accumulated in the cohort for several decades. The body’s ability to repair itself decreases exponentially in the geriatric years. Thus, there is no telling whether the current mitigation will be successful. “Too little, too late” may apply.
Addendum: The manufacturing process for vegetable oils is featured in an article on the Discovery UK site. Although not mentioned, hexane is the solvent typically used for chemical extraction of the oils. The entire process from start to the finished product, as detailed in the article, should make anyone question why consumption of vegetable oils is even remotely desirable.
Miscellany: The Panda Express® account was finally mummified and all rewards points forfeited. Panda Express® uses soybean oil extensively to prepare nearly all menu selections.
