The mayor of Honolulu announced on Friday that “Tier 4” restrictions are immediately in effect (as approved by the governor of Hawai’i). Indoor capacities have now doubled (up to 50% of maximum) for most venues.
However, doubled capacities for bars, night clubs, and indoor events are allowed with the provision that “vaccine” documentation is provided by all persons before entry. In other words, a precursor to the “vaccine” passport has arrived.
Once 60% of local residents are “vaccinated,” the apparently new “Tier 5” restrictions will take effect. If the goal of 70% “vaccination” is achieved, then all restrictions will be lifted for “vaccinated” individuals. However, people who are not “vaccinated” will be excluded until they can provide “vaccine” documentation.
At this time, “vaccinations” are not mandatory, but that is subject to change at any time. Well, the aforementioned bullshit transpired on Kamehameha Day, a local holiday. King Kamehameha is probably rolling over in his grave right now.
Addendum: The takeaway from the latest Fascist announcement is that the “tiered” mandate is now based on the aggregate number of full “vaccinations.” The venerated (read: bogus) PCR tests have been waylaid. That’s the reason why the new “Tier 5” miraculously appeared out of nowhere. Is there no end to this hoax?
