Switching to the basic $30 per month T-Mobile® plan was simple. Just a phone call to customer service. One stipulation, though. The SIM card starter kit had to be initially purchased at Wal-Mart®.
The basic plan is great for phone phobia suffers. "Talk" time is limited to 110 minutes per month. There will be no long phone conversations. However, there is unlimited text messaging and unlimited data (first 5GB at 4G LTE speed).
