Ides of March 2019

The troublesome molar was extracted on Wednesday morning with little fanfare. Thousands of dollars were spent on that particular tooth, what with the root canal and all. That’s the first permanent tooth to be extracted, the geriatric degeneration commences. A sad day!

The gym workout had to modified in order to prevent bleeding from the hole left by the missing molar. Lunch was a couple of expensive bottles of protein shakes. Even dinner was modified to a more softer diet. Pain pills were prescribed, but they have been avoided.

A letter was received from the Locations property management of the “old folks home” asserting that rent for the mausoleum was in arrears for two months. The rent for the two months in question was supposed to be waived as part of a promotion offered by the same property management in order to produce full occupancy of the new building of the “old folks home” by the end of last year. Sadly, the letter was received a month after-the-fact because the mailbox in the “old folks home” is only checked once per month or longer. Official mail is received at the Post Office mailbox in town. Are the days at the “old folks home” numbered? Is the “writing on the wall”?

Also of interest is the fact that police squad cars are seen in the parking lot of the “old folks home” in Waikiki every couple of days, either day or night. Often, there’s a lot of screaming and yelling occurring during the occasions. The mental health of the geriatric tenants really comes into question. Again, the case for the homeless motorhome continues to solidify.

Psyllium stock is dwindling down to nothing (possibly within a few days) with no prospect of replenishment. The side effect of the diminished daily dosage have not been mitigated. Unfortunately, there is no recourse as any dependency must be mummified prior to the emergency invocation of the motorhomeless option.

The documentary, “Dying Alone,” was viewed on RT. The focus is on the crisis of the myriad decrepit senior citizens in Japan who reside into shitty “old folks homes” (like the one in Waikiki) until death. Sometimes no one discovers the corpse for weeks. Who really wants to die like that? No doubt, the treachery by their respective property managers are equal or worse than the sham Locations outfit in Hawai’i. In any case, the documentary is worth viewing as an omen of things to come in empire.

Morning coffee time has been officially relocated to the fast food joint in town indefinitely. The ambiance is non-existent. The Waikiki location of the fast food joint was plagued with dysfunctional tourists and pasty-looking expatriate senior citizens from the mainland empire.

Chronic melancholia, most likely deep depression, has set in. The dystopian landscape of Hawai” (in addition to degenerated life-style, debased culture, rampant corruption, universal stupidity) has taken its toll on the psyche. Little wonder why opioid deaths and suicides have risen exponentially in empire. And, drug abuse in Hawai’i has always been “over the top.” In general, most people are too stupid to realize that their “chains are being yanked” by the moneychangers and powers-that-be. They “go with the flow” until their options are exhausted and they “lose it.” Instead, melancholia should trigger hyperviligence and a readiness for swift action when the “shit hits the fan.”

Update: The situation with the “old folks home” has become a farce. The incompetence and blatant dishonesty displayed by the various Locations management representatives is a testament to the deeply rooted corruption and stupidity that graces the general dystopia of Hawai’i. Now, even the end date of the lease, a copy of which was never received, has changed to the end of October. As it stands, the motorhomeless option is now a given. Anyone residing in Hawai’i should avoid dealing with Locations in any form.
