Bad Friday 2025

Another no-holiday holiday? Yeah, same ol’ shit. There’s actually nothing new to report. Notes posts are rapidly becoming placeholders for banality. The only noteworthy observation is the weather. The Spring season is here, but the weather is worse than it was during Winter. Most days are overcast, sometimes there’s a thick layer of vog. Ambient temperature is still cool.

The days of using a VPN are coming to an end. Nearly all of the free wireless networks are using aggressive methods to block VPNs. The Stealth obfuscation mode and alternative routing on ProtonVPN are “hit and miss.” A couple of the approved Web sites are blocked on some of those networks, which was the only reason to deploy a VPN. Oh well, switching to cellular data is the easiest solution.

Most VPN users are concerned about “privacy,” specifically concerns about ISPs and Web site logs. On a personal note, there is absolutely no concern about the latter issue. The approved Web site list is short and getting shorter. Nothing controversial. No social media, no streaming media, and only a handful of commercial sites. Browser data is manually cleared after each session, so “fingerprinting” is minimized. Cellular data is always disabled when not in use, so IP address is always changed when enabled again.

Well, the “Orange Bad Man” administration has put everything in empire into a state of flux. However, upon closer scrutiny, there may have been few options. The collective “West” and empire have been in a state of (moral, social, political, and economic) decay for a long time. The entire edifice requires demolition before any kind of restructuring can occur. Only time will tell, but the prospects are dim.

The aforementioned state of flux has increased personal anxiety and angst. Previous decisions are now being re-examined. There has been some concern about returning to the miserly ways as well. Again, only time will tell. Of course, the “existential vacuum” (as defined by Victor Frankl) has become a harsh reality.

Miscellany: Panda Express® on King Street has apparently reopened after a few weeks of remodeling. Will there be a return to dining at the establishment? Who knows?

Postscript: The RSS feed link will be removed in the continuing effort to limit Notes exposure.

Clown Show 2025

The tariffs instituted by the “Orange Bad Man” administration on “Liberation Day” is now the “stuff of legends.” The tariffs, based on “quack science,” nearly collapsed the entire financial edifice of empire. “Orange Bad Man” was forced to announce a three-month pause, claiming that the strategy was the “Art of the Deal.” Aside from deflating the stock market “bubble,” the “Art of the Deal” nearly caused the destruction of the entire bond market. Details are all over the Net, so no rehashing required here.

The so-called “pause” caused a recovery surge in the stock market, but that was short-lived. The bond market never recovered. In addition, investors finally realized that the tariff war with China was still in effect and escalating. In a few days, most of the current pre-tariff inventory in Walmart®, Target®, Amazon® et al. will be depleted. New inventory will include a tariff-related surcharge (read: stiff price increase). Has anyone realized that yet?

Lots of fools are laughing, slappin’ their knees, and claiming that “Orange Bad Man” has put an end to the proliferation of “cheap Chinese junk.” Yeah, okay. Perhaps the time is ripe to inspect all of the “stuff” in everyone’s possession and determine the origin of manufacture. Surprise! Surprise! Nearly everything is made in China, most of which are not “junk.” Oh, there’s going to be a lot of lamentations at the Wailing Wall real soon. Baha! Ha! Ha! Haaa!

On a somber note, the probability of a direct confrontation with the Islamic Republic of Iran is now very high. “Orange Bad Man” needs a major diversion from his botched tariffs “clown show.” And, he has already “sold his soul” to the Zionists. There’s no turning back. The so-called “nuclear negotiations” are proceeding in Oman. The Iranians, much like the Russians, are polite and will listen to the ridiculous platitudes (and threats) from empire. However, they will not capitulate on sovereignty. So, expect the bombing to commence soon, with a surprise “clown show” ending.

Addendum: With about 20% exposure to bonds in the personal investment accounts, about $1,050 has accrued in daily “paper” losses since “Liberation Day.”

Miscellany: The illin’ event ended on Wednesday. Resting and sleep heart rates have returned to normal.

Tariffs

Tariffs instituted by the “Orange Bad Man” administration on April 2nd (read: “Liberation Day”) are now conclusive evidence that what has been transpiring in the past few months is a total “clown show.” There’s no need to regurgitate all of the evidence that prove the tariffs are based on “quack science.” Just know that what is happening now is Facism at its worst.

The same could be said of the Ukraine “negotiations.” The Russian side is simply being polite and listening to the ridiculous platitudes (and threats) offered by the same “clown show” administration. Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin is not going to agree to any bullshit resembling the bogus Minsk Agreement. End of story.

Anyway, there’s no telling what will happen when the tariffs are in place. So, at this point in time, there will be no divestiture of any possessions, useless or otherwise. The technology “toys” will continue functioning under the new longevity regime with specific mitigations to extend useful life.

Another illin’ event commenced on Thursday. The outward symptoms have been extremely mild so far. The “common cold” is the most likely prognosis. Unfortunately, the body is undergoing extreme duress to combat the illness … sleep deprivation, high resting and sleep heart rates, headaches, hot flashes, dementia, muscle cramps, skipped heartbeats, along with unbelievable amounts of aches and pains.

Addendum: Gym workouts were adjusted to reflect the physical limitations imposed by the illin’ event.

Postscript: There numerous news reports about Apple® Store outlets in empire being mobbed by people who are desperate to purchase iPhones before the tariffs take effect. Yeah, iPhones. Why not stock up on cans of Bush’s® baked beans instead? Fools!

Fool’s Day 2025

On Friday last week at 8:30pm, the engine of an automobile burst into flames in the parking lot of the “old folks home” in Waikiki. The Fire Department arrived shortly afterward to extinguish the fire. The crew had to tear into the engine compartment, so the vehicle was “totaled.” It was a “piece of shit” anyway. As it were, the owner of the vehicle is the resident manager. Oh, sweet karma! The “old folks home” continues to be a blight and embarrassment in the ‘hood.

Upon return to the “old folks home” from the late afternoon outing on Monday, a chance encounter with Ignacio occurred at the entrance. He was on his way to the ABC Store. A brief chat ensued. He had a few more complaints about the management. However, he was informed about the resident manager’s automobile. That put a smile on his face. Then, he confided that a recent visit to his cardiologist revealed that he has two clogged arteries. The arterial walls are too thin for any procedure. If the situation worsens in two months, he plans to move out. “I don’t want to die in this place,” he added.

On to more mundane topics. Well, the cause of poor sleep quality may have been determined … protein overload. Yeah, that’s right. The hypothesis was derived after a sleepless night upon consuming the half of a lamp-baked chicken (from Waikiki Market) a couple of weeks ago. Then, last week Thursday another half of a lamp-baked chicken was consumed, which resulted in another sleepless night. The chicken was consumed at 4pm, which is now the official dinner time. Another snack (e.g., somen salad, etc.) is often purchased during the return from the late afternoon outing at the International Marketplace. And, an English muffin is usually consumed later for dessert.

On the days that salads are procured for dinner, sleep quality is better (i.e., much fewer wakings to “drain the lizard”). The salads have a minimal amount of protein sources, obviously less than the half of a lamp-baked chicken. What’s also interesting is that the usual Panda Express® dinners had high protein content (i.e., chicken and tofu), well, along with lots of sugar, sodium, and vegetable oil.

Protein overload appears to fit the symptoms. The kidneys work overtime to purge the excess protein. The “lizard juice” (read: urine) develops a strange pungent odor. Thirst is a secondary symptom. At first, there was some concern that the presenting symptoms were indicating pre-diabetes. Thus, on Saturday, a delicious salad was procured at the ABC Store. Later, a pint of Häagen-Dazs® strawberry ice cream was purchased at Target® for dessert. All of that absorbed sugar did not degrade the quality of sleep as much.

In a previous Notes post, the matter of increased geriatric sensitivity to food categories and ingredients was posited. The physical body can no longer process food as it did in the younger days. Take coffee, for example. A few years ago, a large cup of Starbucks® coffee barely provided a caffeine “high.” Now, half of a medium-sized cup of the same coffee is about all that can be consumed. Even the large cup of the much weaker coffee from the fast food in town cannot be finished. Further observations will be forthcoming.

The late afternoon outings to the International Marketplace continue daily, primarily to procure fruits (and other “stuff” at Target. An hour of lounging around is now included in the excursion. Unfortunately, little relaxation is possible due to the annoying stupidity of the tourists (many of whom are loud and obese). As daylight time increases, the time lounging there may also increase. Otherwise, what else is there to do? Vegetate in the mausoleum?

Incidentally, patronizing the Target® store in Waikiki is not a pleasant experience. The food section is the worst. Idiotic tourists are literally running amuck, grabbing anything off the shelves. There’s a “Black Friday” herd mentality at play, even though everything is well stocked. This kind of peak stupidity does not happen at the Ala Moana Center store.

On a side note, the divestiture of the Beats® Pill and the iPad Pro M4 still weighs heavily on the mind for unknown reasons. Divestiture of useless possessions seems to be a favorite senior citizen pastime. “Stuff” is continuously piled up by the trash dumpsters at the “old folks home.” All kinds of “stuff” also appears in the entrance lobby. Anyway, there has been no beneficiary selected to receive the Beats® Pill. The iPad, however, remains an enigma. The device is really an unbelievable piece of hardware. It can “run circles” around the iPhone 16 Pro. Yet, what is its purpose?

Addendum: The Visible + (Legacy 1) account will be upgraded to the current (third) version on the next billing cycle this month. Unlimited prioritized cellular data (versus 50GB currently) and faster personal hotspot are the main advantages for the same $35 monthly fee.

Miscellany: The vast hurdy-gurdy video library (HGVL) on the LaCie® SSD has been reduced to 235 choice selections.

Prince Kuhio Day 2025

Prince Kuhio

Another no-holiday holiday, and nothing noteworthy of mention. The routine remains the same regardless … same ol’ shit. Salads courtesy the ABC Store have been the mainstay for dinner. Sometimes half of a lamp-baked chicken is procured at the Waikiki Market and consumed as a “carnivore” dinner sans carbohydrates and vegetables. Anyway, another genuine Hawai’i coffee mug (made in China) was obtained upon redemption of $100 of receipts yesterday at the ABC Store. Dinner at Subway® is now restricted to once per week (until reward points are depleted). The Panda Express® on King Street is still closed.

Sleep has slightly improved (i.e., less wakings to “drain the lizard”), but there is some hesitation to attribute the improvement to diet modifications. Heart rate and HRV continue to be monitored by the Watch Series 9 device. HRV spikes during sleep hours have decreased. Again, correlation to diet modifications is not conclusive.

The whole issue with food categories is really moot, same with the different fashionable diets. The real problem is lifestyle, specifically the ubiquitous sedentary lifestyle of contemporary society. For example, carbohydrates are implicated as causing health problems. Well, sugar and starchy carbohydrates, maybe. However, chimpo sapiens long ago domesticated, cultivated, and consumed whole grains and rice. So future generations have adapted to both. Unfortunately, each successive generation became increasingly sedentary (both work and leisure). The “carnivore” diet is also ludicrous. Prehistoric humans were consuming fruits, vegetables, and nuts long before hunting and cooking came into fashion.

A couple of senior citizen acquaintances at the gym mentioned that their physicians had specifically instructed them to reduce workouts to much lighter weights (with more reps). The entire gym regimen should be made less strenuous including cardiovascular workouts. Essentially, these physicians (the same ones who pushed the mRNA bioweapon) are telling the geriatric crowd to indulge in leisurely workouts. And, that’s exactly what has been observed. Thus, degeneration accelerates. On the other hand, personal workouts remain the same. The physique is nearly the same over the last 34 years of gym tenure. Muscles are taut with visible striations. The abdomen does not protrude past the pectorals. And, no skeletal deformations.

Upon return to the “old folks home” in Waikiki from the late afternoon outing to the International Marketplace on Monday, a chance encounter with Ignacio ensued at the entrance. He immediately mentioned another incident with the management. Frankly, the situation is becoming tiresome because Ignacio appears to be looking for trouble. He should already be aware that he is dealing with a “woke” staff. They are all incompetent “diversity hires” and will not accommodate his complaints. He then expressed that he would take irrational steps in response. Frankly, reasoning with Ignacio has become impossible.

Ignacio has pretty much isolated himself. He no longer socializes with the other apathetic and complacent tenants. So, he spends most of his time in his mausoleum. In fact, most of the tenants have restricted themselves to the “old folks home” compound. Hence, ridiculous incidents and drama are a regular occurrence. Lots of gossiping, too. The whole environment of the shithole is toxic.

At the gym on Tuesday, a conversation with Bob revealed that he had just started working out again after being MIA for several months. This is the same Bob who almost expired over caffeine overdose. This time, he had returned home from the gym. As he exited the elevator, he felt dizzy and disoriented. Then, he collapsed. Fortunately, a security guard was in the immediate proximity. Long story short, Bob spent three weeks in the hospital after suffering from a stroke. He was fortunate because there are disabilities presenting. Most likely, he was “vaccinated” and “boostered” with the mRNA bioweapon.

Addendum: About 15% of the local population steadfastly continue to wear face masks. They have been doing so for nearly five years. Peak stupidity!

Ides of March 2025

Beware the Ides of March!

Another cold front arrived on the shores of Hawai’i about a week ago, bringing gusty winds as well. The ambient temperature remains cool, but not as cold as last year at this time. So far, no heavy rain either.

On Thursday, the fire alarm was triggered at 3am at the “old folks home” in Waikiki. The Fire Department responded within a few minutes. Nonetheless, a sleepless night ensued. Incidentally, ambulances and police vehicles continue to adorn the parking lot on a daily basis. The “old folks home” is a blight on the entire ‘hood.

Another conversation with neighbor Ignacio on the street the other day revealed that he has been cleared of the false claims by the management of the “old folks home.” Of course, Ignacio threatened to bring forth a lawsuit (which he would have won the judgment). So, the eviction bullshit is now history.

The Panda Express® on King Street closed for renovations on Monday. No telling when it will reopen. At least that solves the conundrum of whether to dine there or not. Otherwise, the issue of diet affecting sleep remains unsolved. Sleep deprivation is now affecting cognition, with mild dementia symptoms presenting.

The problems with different types of food types and food ingredients could be tied to old age. The digestive tract could have developed an acute sensitivity to various those particular food types and ingredients (e.g., carbohydrates, sodium, sugar, vegetable oil, caffeine, alcohol). Thus, reactions that never occurred before have now come into play. The sleep problem, by the way, centers on awakening nearly every hour to “drain the lizard,” whether necessary or not. Salads appear to not cause the problem.

Medicare Advantage is slowly losing its appeal. Each year, so-called “perks” are either reduced or eliminated. This year, the small $40 per quarter stipend for over-the-counter products disappeared without any notification. No doubt, the Silver Sneakers® gym program is next on the “chopping block.”

The Apple® Intelligence fiasco is now bordering on scandalous. Many of “features” have been delayed to some unknown time in the future. Advertisements have been pulled. Even the technology pundits are now furious. Of course, the problem was solved locally by disabling the AI bullshit. Don’t need it now, won’t need it then.

The iPad Pro M4 is again being considered for divestiture. The fact of the matter is that there is so little content to peruse on the approved Web sites. Alternative news sites outside the “West” appear to have been affected by sanctions of empire. And, of course, the technology “blogs” are focused on pushing the AI bullshit. The Google® news aggregator still functions as a summary of news in empire. Unfortunately, the mainstream news sources appear to remain locked on presenting “fake news” or “woke” bullshit. Ten minutes is really all that’s required to view all of the Web sites for daily briefings. Anyway, the iPad is the only device other than the iPhone that has a trade-in value (currently $625).

On a side note, Advanced Data Protection (ADP) was enabled for the personal iCloud account. ADP was pulled from the UK market subsequent to its Fascist government making demands for a “backdoor” to iCloud. Similar demands could easily made by other Fascist governments in the “West” as well as empire. So, “in before the lock!” Baha! Ha! Ha! Haaa!

Miscellany: Another $100 was spent (on prepared food) within two weeks at the ABC Store. So, during the Friday late afternoon outing, a stopover was made to redeem the receipts for another genuine Hawai’i coffee mug (made in China).

Postscript: An interesting article appeared on the RT site in which “peak stupidity” in empire was verified. Who knew?

Peak Stupidity 2025

At 2am on Thursday morning last week, the fire alarm in the “old folks home” in Waikiki was triggered by yet another moron cooking (read: burning) food with the mausoleum door wide open. The Fire Department arrived fifteen minutes later and reset the alarm system. They didn’t even bother to check every floor. Obviously, everyone “knows the drill.” Then, the fire alarm was triggered again at 2:35am. The Fire Department was dispatched again to reset the alarm system. Peak stupidity.

Well, at least a brief conversation with neighbor Ignacio was facilitated by the latter stupidity. Of course, no attempt was made to evacuate the building. Ignacio is still being tormented by the management. He was given an eviction notice for a bogus claim, but the threat has long passed. Obviously, the charade was a petty and illegal bluff.

Nonetheless, peak stupidity continues to “lower the bar” on itself in all of empire. The original Notes post of the same title in the 2021 year predicted the advent of peak stupidity. However, who could have imagined that “circumstances” could increase sheer stupidity at such an accelerated pace?

The dinner conundrum continues unabated. Subway® sandwiches have been curtailed. Now, Panda Express® may face the same outcome. The recommended fare, as detailed previously in Notes, is now the chief suspect in the mystery of sleep deprivation. Even with the blotting of the sauces and vegetable oil with napkins, the cuisine proved problematic. The issue was isolated when several consecutive dinners of salads (courtesy the ABC Store) was followed by a Panda Express® meal. Sleep had actually improved during consumption of the salads.

Incidentally, purchasing salads and other prepared food at the ABC Store in the last two weeks produced over $100 in expenditures. The amount qualified for a free gift when the sales receipts were presented. A genuine Hawai’i tourist coffee mug (made in China) was chosen. At this point in time, the current sales receipts are adding up for another coffee mug.

The vast hurdy-gurdy video library (HGVL) on the LaCie® SSD is now down to 298 choice selections. The intermittent auditing process has been slow, since the latter is obviously a waste of time. Heck, the HGVL serves no purpose. The project itself was a complete waste of time. Sheesh!

On a side note, the antics of the “Orange Bad Man” administration seemed confusing at first. Now, the true motives are coming to the forefront. The Great Re-shit (read: “Great Reset”) is what its policies should be labeled, albeit a more crude Fascist version. The administration appears to be “hell-bent” on bringing about the collapse of empire and its debased society. Klaus Swab (WEF) would be elated. No complaints here. Bring it on!

Addendum: Ignacio relayed sad information about two mutual acquaintances in the “old folks home.” One passed on a week ago. The other suffered from increasing dementia and was released into family care.

8 Ok 13 K’ayab

The situation with personal finances is troublesome. Dividends from the investment accounts and the meager retirement stipend exceed all expenses. Currently, “all expenses” is defined as rent for the “old folks home” in Waikiki and food. Other expenses are somewhat minuscule in comparison. So, obviously, the aggregate amount of “savings” is increasing much more than anticipated.

There are no “big ticket” purchases in the queue. All of the electronic “toys” are fairly new, and none will be replaced in the 2025 year. In all honesty, most of the clothes and other sundries will remain viable for several years, if not the remainder of this lifetime. Replacement costs are minimal. So, what to do?

Currently, the only increase in spending has been on food. Since no cooking is done in the mausoleum, food purchases only include ready-to-eat fare. That alone is costly. Nonetheless, personal restraint must be lifted. Discounts will still be a priority, but better quality and healthier food options must be pursued.

Salads (with 20% expiry discount) have been purchased from the ABC Store for dinner from Saturday to Tuesday this week. The salads are actually quite delicious. Sometimes, salads are procured at the Waikiki Market, which are also pretty good and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, salads are not very filling. Within an hour, there is a desire for more food. Thus, other prepared food products must be purchased, which add to daily expenses. Obviously, the latter is a trivial concern at this point in time.

Sleep quality continues to be poor. So, late afternoon outings to the International Marketplace has been limited to about 6pm. The primary purpose is the daily shopping at Target® for fruit and Chobani® Greek yogurt (for dessert). There’s not much to do after returning to the mausoleum. However, staying out later only increases the fatigue.

Of course, poor quality of sleep and fatigue go “hand-in-hand.” Yet, the root cause may be old age. The body is signaling that it can no longer keep up with the same regimen, particularly the gym workouts. The latter is a melancholic and sobering realization.

There have been no additions to the vast hurdy-gurdy video library (HGVL), only occasional subtractions. The HGVL is essentially deprecated. Incidentally, the LaCie® SSD has increased in price to $149 (up $40 from last year). Inflation? Yeah, that’s ridiculous.

After a long hiatus, the on-line personal health directive on the MyDirectives® site is receiving some attention. The process is tedious, mainly because the substance deals with the final exodus. Being an old codger is a real burden. Oh, the agony!

Miscellany: After serious deliberation, the most valuable technology “toy” in possession has been identified. Yes, the Panasonic® nose hair trimmer is the clear winner!

Nihilistic Update 2025

There has been little personal desire to add new posts to Notes, obviously because of … well, same ol’ shit. The routine remains the same. For how long, though? Can this insanity continue until 80 years of age? Who knows? Who cares?

All tax returns (including the 2022 amended) for Hawai’i have been completed and submitted by regular mail. The tax form for empire was printed locally, completed, and submitted as well. Thus, another stress factor has been eliminated.

The weather remains quite mild, considering this is the middle of the Winter season. So far, the Mainstays® quartz heater has not been deployed. Heck, even the blanket has not been unpacked from the storage suitcase. The pleasant weather has been a welcome relief, what with the fragile mental state and all.

Superfluous on-line accounts (including DeepSeek) are being mummified once again. The on-line “footprint” needs to be reduced further. The only copy of the personal Curriculum Vitae has been permanently deleted from cloud storage. Employment history is gone. Why? Preparations, no doubt, for the final exodus.

On Tuesday, the sump pump gave out at the gym in town. The staff had to close the gym at 1pm because of the sewage flooding in the locker rooms. The main portion of the gym resides on the basement level, so wastewater must be pumped up to the street level to discharge into the municipal sewage lines. The second half of the workout regimen had to be completed at the Kapi’olani location. What a “pain in the ass”!

Another Night at the “Old Folks Home” in Waikiki

The scene above was captured on Wednesday evening at 9:30pm. Lots of police vehicles are visible. Old folks acting up again? Yeah, just another night at the “old folks home” in Waikiki. At least the Night Mode on the iPhone 16 Pro camera proved to be quite good, eh?

On a side note, sleep is still an issue. What could be the problem? Death anxiety, you think? At least there are a few good House Music mixes to broadcast throughout the mausoleum with the Beats® Pill to soothe the troubled mind. Baha! Ha! Ha! Haaa!

Miscellany: Notes has been passively monitoring the “shock and awe” domestic policies being deployed by the “Orange Bad Man” administration. The speed at which events are transpiring is mind boggling. Clearly, “Orange Bad Man” did not spend the last four years only teeing off at his golf course. He evidently assembled a crack team that put those policies in queue to commence on Day One.

Tuesday, February 11

Fulcrum

Baha! Ha! Ha! Haaa!

The “Orange Bad Man” administration has been tearing through the “woke” government bureaucracy and running roughshod over the entirety of empire. On domestic issues, the administration is forging ahead in the right direction. Unfortunately, foreign policy, specifically the Levant, is going to be its undoing. No surprise, eh?

Very little of interest has been transpiring here in “Paradise.” The weather has remained mild after a brief inclement period about a week ago. A heavy rainstorm on one of those days rendered the Under Armour® rain gear useless. Water soaked right through. Hanging it up to dry only caused the rain gear to acquire a pungent moldy odor. So, it was washed in the laundry. The residual waterproofing is surely gone now.

The tax forms for Hawai’i were completed and mailed. The amended tax return for the 2022 year is still a “work in progress” because of one missing form. Hawai’i tax forms can be ordered by e-mail, by the way, so there’s no going through all the phone bullshit anymore. The tax forms for empire have yet to arrive. A PDF file has been downloaded, and may be printed locally to expedite the process.

Personal recycling of paper, cardboard, and plastic has been officially mummified. Recycling bins at the “old folks home” in Waikiki are no longer serviced, so all of the recyclables end up in the regular trash anyway. Well, so much for the environment.

The DuckDuckGo Web browser was uninstalled from the iPhone 16 Pro as a “final nail in the coffin” of the vast hurdy-gurdy video library (HGVL) stored on the LaCie® SSD. The browser was used to download files since the Safari downloader is malfunctioning. In addition, another 80+ selections have been purged from the HGVL (322 remaining).

On a sad note, the faithful Nike® gym bag finally gave out. It had to be over 20 years in personal possession. The new Adidas® gym bag, which was acquired many moons ago, has entered into service. The “footprint” is about the same, but it is about four inches taller. To say that the new gym bag is cumbersome is an understatement. There was much grief while disposing of the old gym bag. So sad.

Miscellany: The iPad Pro M4 is now in full deployment using the Visible personal hotspot on the iPhone for connectivity.
